Amy has taught private music lessons to both children and adults for over ten years. Currently, she teaches nyckelharpa, violin (classical, bluegrass, and Scandinavian folk styles), guitar (beginning electric and acoustic), and Scruggs-style banjo from her home studio in Portland OR.
Amy is also available to teach at music camps and festivals. She has taught at Springdans NW, Wintergrass Music Festival, Skandia’s Northwest Spelmanstämma, the Festival of American Fiddle Tunes, Lark Camp (virtual), and Ashokan Northern Week.
